    The item quality was good but I was initially sent the wrong item and was met with frustration when I asked to send me the right item. The seller then fought with me for about 2 weeks saying I should pay to ship the wrong item back and to ship the correct item and only agreed to pay herself after I threatened to file for a refund. After the right item was sent out I was charged an additional import fee and when I asked about it, the seller then started harassing me saying it's not her fault and I've been making this all very difficult, even after I agreed to just pay the additional shipping fees on top of my original purchase. I was planning on ordering another item from her for my cosplay but after this awful experience, I don't want to do business with her again. Overall, the worst experience I've ever had with a seller.
